The last time I saw a simple yet sunny and stylish Spanish interior design was back in Barcelona when I took Spanish interior
design course for three months. Ironically, I didn't find it in one of those highly exquisite and complex wrought iron clad walls with imposing chandeliers and Victorian-style lighting. I found it in a semi-rural corner of Spain. In this quaint abode, the windows were kept open and the walls were lined with old photographs and varnished (but chipping) cabinets. There were vintage valises and even an antique-looking bowl of cat food.
